In an effort to improve the aesthetics and overall condition of the community, neighbors are discouraged from putting their vehicles out for sale along Woodmen Road. Any use of this area should only be completed in conjunction with El Paso county guidelines and restrictions. The Valley Park Homeowners Association, Inc. bears no liability regarding vandalism, theft or other loss and shall be indemnified against any loss arising as a result of vehicles parked in this area, regardless of the circumstances.
