Valley Park Owners Association

Valley Park Owners Association (VPOA) is located in beautiful Northwestern Colorado Springs, Colorado just off of Woodmen Road (see photos tab for location details). Valley Park is a quiet neighborhood with great view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains.  Our community has easy access to shopping, downtown and I-25, making it a great place to live.

PRIORITY CONCERN
These were the 5May Talking Points: 1) How are owners being informed/notified? ***primarily via email 2) Invoice delinquency communication et al gaps in invoices, such as utilities ***This new fee as related to RowCal and is here to stay, from their perspective 3) VPOA Collection Policy 30-day grace period ***per collection policy, highlighted that fees were hitting owners before 30-day grace period. Recognized and being fixed. 4) Fees, should've been fee free Jan & Feb, and then extended to March, no indefinitely, and yet there were fees. How is the board supposed to track fees, which shouldn't have been, yet were paid by owners. ***FYSA, NO FEES AT THE MOMENT, but we'll be taking the training wheels off soon. The list of delinquent owners is down to four. Important thing is that owners should see some sort of reimbursement. Please advocate for yourself and let the board know if that hasn't happened. 5) Violations, should've been a board review, but wasn't, or any 1st warning ***agreed upon, please identify if you were one of the four members with a trash can out after 7 p.m. (actually city code) and received a violation, but weren't reimbursed 6) Adding fees to our community, like delinquency communication ***This delinquency communication fee is here to stay from RowCal perspective, however, it shouldn't happen within the 30-day grace period.
