CSU currently mandates no zone of grass may water more than 3 days per week. At Valley Park, there are 7 sprinkler clocks so we are scheduled nearly all 7 days per week, but no one clock waters more than 3 days per week. Drip watering for trees and shrubs is not restricted. The HOA board will continue to monitor the water usage and implement what works best for our properties.
Property owners are responsible for the cost of their own personal water usage. Please check the Colorado Springs Utilities webpage for water restrictions by individual Owners with handheld hoses equipped with an active positive shut-off nozzle on their own watering days.
