The following documents are the covenants that home owners agree to when purchasing a home within the Valley Park Owners Association. If you do not already have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you can download it at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/. There is a link for the free reader software at the bottom of the page. Since the PDF files vary from 3 to 8 MB in size, your patience is appreciated while downloading. Recently the articles of incorporation and by-laws were retyped verbatim for easier searching, however, these are unofficial copies, so always cross reference the original document (if you see any discrepancies or errors please notify the board).
