USPS Clustbox was removed 27May. Residents using this box must go to the Centennial Post Office located at 5001 Centennial Blvd for their mail, however, once per week the carrier will attempt to deliver mail to your door thanks to an owner request.

In response to recent posts via Facebook, a walkthrough was conducted with Equinox landscaping to get to the root cause of the yellow patches of grass in the neighborhood. Below are the reasons identified and some of the fixes that were already in progress:
1 - Insufficient sprinkler overlap due to low water pressure. -- previous band-aid fixes are being repaired or managed to include an upgraded controller system
2 - Insufficient sprinkler overlap due to layout of the irrigation system -- to be reviewed after water pressure restored
3 - Shrubs et al vegetation not maintained and effectively blocking the sprinklers *
4 - Landscape changes, which result in the areas being outside the original irrigation coverage area *
*Owner responsibility, requires additional walkthrough and direct owner notification
